These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Umadle (“the App”), a Discord embedded application operated by yoru1503.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Umadle is provided for entertainment purposes through Discord.

You agree to use the App only in compliance with:

• Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Terms
• Applicable laws and regulations

You must not:

• Use the App for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the App
• Interfere with its normal operation

2. Intellectual Property and Licensing

Umadle is a fan-made, unofficial application.

The App may reference or be inspired by third-party intellectual property, including but not limited to characters, names, or assets from external works.

All such intellectual property belongs to their respective owners.

In particular:

• The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original IP holders
• No ownership rights are claimed over third-party content
• All trademarks, characters, and related assets remain the property of their respective owners

Upon valid request, infringing material will be removed or modified as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Discord Integration

Umadle operates within Discord and relies on Discord’s platform and APIs.

By using the App, you also agree to the terms and policies of Discord.

The developer is not responsible for:

• Changes made by Discord
• Service interruptions caused by Discord

4. Accounts and Data

The App uses your Discord account to function.

You are responsible for:

• Your Discord account
• Any activity performed through it

5. Availability
